Co-property Insurance

• We cover losses due to malicious acts of third parties, loss due to theft by employees, non-payment of administration fees due to owner’s death, breakage of machinery, internal damage to electronic equipment, breakage of flat glass and emergency assistance.
• We compensate the value of reconstruction, that is, the cost to rebuild the building in the same conditions as the common areas and with the seismic-resistant norms in force at the date of the unforeseeable event.
• You can supplement the basic insurance with other additional coverage such as transportation of securities and civil liability.

The Co-property Insurance is a compulsory insurance that protects you from the risks of fire and earthquake of buildings or residential complexes, in accordance with the requirements of law 675 of 2001.

• Catastrophes: lightning, explosions, strong winds, hail, vehicle impacts, smoke, earthquakes, tidal waves, tsunamis, etc. We cover 100% of your insured assets against any of these catastrophes.
• Basic global management protection: covers you from the theft of your property by employees, administrators and/or board members.
• Basic payment of administration fees due to death: if the resident co-owner or the tenant dies, we cover your monthly administration fee for up to six months.
• Co-property assistance service: we cover the common and private assets of the co-property when an emergency service is required for the events in the list of emergencies covered by the insurance at the end of this content.
• Strike or riot: we cover you against malicious acts of third parties such as sabotage, terrorism, strikes, riots or civil commotion.
• Violent theft, at 100%: we cover the asset losses within the co-property caused by violent theft.
• Internal damage to electrical equipment: we cover internal damages in electrical, electronic and/or gas equipment (breakage of machinery and/or electronic equipment).
• Flat glass: we cover the damages suffered by glass and fragile units of the co-property, which form an integral part of the building or of the insured furniture and equipment.

• Extra-contractual civil liability

We compensate up to the amount established in the policy for the damages to property that can be generated to a third party.

• Transport of securities 

 We automatically insure all money shipments up to the limits indicated in the policy cover and for the agreed journeys, against the risks of material loss or damages that occur during the transport.

• Directors and managers
  

We cover expenses or attorneys' fees and court costs incurred by directors and managers of companies, residential complexes attached to horizontal property, for their defense derived from a formal investigation, negotiation of agreements or defense against any claim or civil process.
