REQUIREMENTS
- Tier zoning certificate issued by District or Municipal Planning Office not greater than 60-day issuance.
CONSIDER
If the address in the tier zoning certificate does not match the one in the invoice, attach a cadastral certificate of no greater than 60-day issuance.
