Properties in the categories of comprehensive and typological conservation with residential use and that are in a good state of preservation, may request the District’s Institute for Cultural Heritage to equalize the property with tier 1.
Requirements
- Certification issued by the District Institute of Cultural Heritage, indicating the application for the Equalization benefit adducing Architectural or Historical conservation.
