Requirements
- Death Certificate.
- Civil Death Certificate with a stamp indicating that it is faithful copy of the original.
- Copy of the ID of the deceased person.
- Copy of the ID of the applicant.

This procedure must be filed, for this reason you must attach a request letter and process it through the Enel-Codensa Service Centers.
