If a member of your family is dependent on oxygen for their survival, they are an oxygen-dependent customer, and therefore at the moment of an interruption in the electricity supply, it becomes a priority for us to be able to provide them with immediate attention.
That is why we have the Vital Energy service, to offer these customers an auxiliary power option, using portable backup batteries, which will allow you to ensure the optimal functioning of your medical equipment for a 2-hour lapse, until the energy service is restored.
How can you use this service?
- At the time of a power failure, call our Enel-Codensa emergency and customer service lines 115 or 7 115 115 (option "Fault Report") and report the oxygen dependency condition of your relative, and the service need you require, which must reach in one hour at the most.
- Once the service is completed, in the next 24 hours we will schedule the equipment collection and you will need to send by email a medical certification explaining the dependence on the equipment, in order to continue to benefit from the program.
