- These communication channels correspond to 44 virtual offices and 30 public cell phones, implemented as customer service solutions in more than 60 municipalities in Cundinamarca.
- These measures have benefited families in Cundinamarca as they are easy and free solutions through which users can perform processes without leaving their municipality.
- According to the last monthly report on these channels, virtual offices attended more than 1,800 video calls and through the public cell phones nearly 300 calls were attended by the service hotline.
The new CODENSA communication channels for customer service in Cundinamarca continue working successfully, in line with the virtual offices and public cell phones start-up in municipalities and districts where the Company does not have an on-site service center. The goal of these channels is to offer users easy and free contact solutions, without them having to travel to other places.
So far, these mechanisms have been implemented in more than 60 municipalities of Cundinamarca and according to the last monthly report, nearly 2,100 calls were attended thanks to them.
The 44 virtual offices are located in commercial establishments known as internet cafés where, by using a computer for that goal, customers can make free video calls and contact a Company consultant to carry out any kind of processes, such as answering questions, attending requests, requirements, claims and filing documents. In these internet cafés, customers have all the elements necessary to establish said contact, for example: headsets, video camera, printer, scanner, among others.
On the other hand, the 30 public cell phones are phone sets installed in central and well-known commercial establishments which evidence a good flow of people, where Company customers can call the service hotline unlimitedly and free without the need of using their own phones and as many times as needed. Thanks to these cell phones, users can ask questions, report failures, request inspections and reconnections, among other operations.
The implementation of these tools has become an effective and innovative solution for all CODENSA customers in Cundinamarca. The aforementioned has been recorded in the last monthly report where more than 1,800 video calls and nearly 300 phone calls were attended through virtual offices and public cell phones implemented by the Company, respectively.
