“The activity was very enriching, being able to share with colleagues in other areas, from other countries, with other customs and even in other languages. In addition, knowing that you have just under 48 hours to create an idea, develop it through a prototype and then defend it before an expert jury, is a huge and challenging experience”

– Francisco Ariza, winner of the Are You Digital? Hackday

IF WE INNOVATE TOGETHER WE GO FURTHER

Three ideas won from the nine presented. In the "transforming energy use" category, the winning prototype was E-Charge, an application in which electric vehicle users can make available charging points installed in houses, buildings or even shopping malls so that other users can use them; on the theme of "improving the lives of customers", the winning project was called Enel Hogar which consists of an application that in the event of a problem or failure at home offers reliable services to perform the repair; and the third winning idea was Vacation Plan, within the category of improving organizational processes and to make work more efficient. This application allows workers to plan their vacations easily and without taking as much time from the people involved such as the direct supervisor, teammates and human resources.

Each of the winning teams not only received a prize for their ingenuity and work, but also receive the important recognition that their idea is evaluated by the company to make it a reality by materializing it into a possible product or service that generates a benefit for the organization and the business.

“My experience in the activity was very comforting; I was able to show my potential and skills in the development of technological solutions for the company, something that in the day to day can not be exploited as easily”

– Andrés Obando, winner of the Are You Digital? Hackday
