What is an asset purchase?

Also known as infrastructure purchase, it refers to the infrastructure you built on Enel Colombia’s distribution network to energize your project, which is already in operation and which we, as a company, are interested in acquiring. 

Initiation of the purchase process

At this stage, you must submit your infrastructure purchase request. Please remember that to begin this stage, your connection project (design) must already be approved. The documentation you must submit includes:
 

  • Certificate of Incorporation and Legal Representation of the construction company (Chamber of Commerce certificate)
  • Project approval letter or approval filing number
  • Completed agreement format available here
  • Send the required documents to the following email address: servicioalcliente.empresarial@enel.com
     

(Subject line: Asset Purchase Evaluation_Project Name_Connection Project Number).
