Purchase of electrical assets

Initiation of the purchase process

At this stage, you must submit your infrastructure purchase request. Please remember that to begin this stage, your connection project (design) must already be approved. The documentation you must submit includes:
 

• Certificate of Incorporation and Legal Representation of the construction company (Chamber of Commerce certificate)
• Project approval letter or approval filing number
• Completed agreement format available here
• Send the required documents to the following email address: servicioalcliente.empresarial@enel.com
   

(Subject line: Asset Purchase Evaluation_Project Name_Connection Project Number).

Purchase valuation

We will assess the value of the shared-use assets to be purchased based on the Construction Units (UUCC) included in the connection project.

Average processing time: 15 business days.

In response to your request, you will receive a communication attaching the purchase valuation and the next steps to initiate the commercial offer process. Please note that this information will be sent to the email address from which you submitted the request.

Additionally, please remember that this letter will include the documentation you must attach in the next stage.

Documentation

If your project meets the characteristics required for infrastructure purchase by Enel, you may begin preparing the following documentation:

• Condominium (horizontal property) regulations, including the sections specifying that the shared-use network is owned by Enel
• Easement transfer deeds (applicable for substation space located on private property)
• Documentary evidence certifying that the equipment is free of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB)

Commercial offer and insurance policies

Once the project has been energized and the deed registration process completed, the following steps will be taken:

• Generate the commercial offer based on the construction units included in the work completion approval.
• The offer must be signed by the constructor.
• The insurance policy acceptance process will be carried out.

Average processing time: 15 business days.

PDP generation and payment process

We have reached the final stage! This last step will be activated upon submission of the signed offer and approval of the insurance policies.

Please keep in mind:

• Payments are made based on asset age.
• Filing must be completed according to the following schedule. Review it here.
• Payment is made within 90 days, on the 7th day of the corresponding month.
