In October of this year, and for the second year in a row, Enel - Codensa was selected as one of the top ten inclusive companies in the country according to Colombia's Corporate Gender Equity Ranking. The results were announced yesterday by the consulting firm Aequales and the College of Advanced Management Studies (CESA), which carried out an evaluation of 104 companies throughout the country (30.8% public and 69.2% private), analyzing four basic criteria: organizational culture, organizational structure, objectives and strategies for equity and talent management.
