Conecta Loyalty Program

Enel Colombia loyalty program that seeks to get to know its customers, strengthen the relationship with them and retain them with the different products and services of the brand. During 2020 the Conecta program had 4 main fronts of action and integration with the different areas and businesses of the company where the following activities were implemented:

  • Referral campaign through which the aim was to increase the number of people registered for the Conecta program and increase their positioning through voice to voice.
  • Seasonality and relevance of the redemption catalogs
