Economist from the University of the Andes, with master’s degrees in Economics and Economic Policy from the University of Illinois, in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics, and a PhD in Economics from the University of Oxford. She has served as Deputy Minister General of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, advisor to the Minister of Finance, Director of CEDE at the University of the Andes, and researcher at Harvard University/ideas42 and the World Trade Organization. She has been Deputy Director of Fedesarrollo since 2019.
