Diego Muñoz holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Universidad de los Andes and a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Lausanne. Throughout his career, he has accumulated solid experience in the field of commercial processes for public service companies, excelling in the design and development of products and services aimed at the B2C segment.
Since 1998, he has been part of Enel Colombia (formerly Codensa), a company where he has built a career spanning more than two decades, holding strategic positions such as Assistant Manager B2C Colombia and CAM, Head of Credit Financial Services, and Head of Credit & Insurance Solutions.
