Customer requests economic consideration for the death of livestock.
Requirements
- The Municipal Agricultural Technical Assistance Unit certificate, Colombian National Federation of Equine Associations, depending of which entity is responsible for certifying livestock ownership indicating race, weight and age of said livestock.
- Document issued by the competent entity indicating the registration of the animal, if registered, livestock’s life sheet.
- Medical document issued by a veterinarian certifying the animals’ cause of death and their age and type.
- Copy of the claim certifying livestock deaths before the competent authority.
- Document issued by the competent entity indicating the possible commercial value of the animals pursuant the animals’ characteristics
- Clear photocopy of the claimant’s ID.
- Photographic record of the animals before and after the accident, if available.
