To file a claim with Enel-Codensa for a damage caused by service provision faults or events that generate any type of impact, the customer is required to file a communication at any of our service centers with the following information:
- Account code.
- Complete name of the person who files.
- Citizen Identification document.
- Phone numbers.
- Date of the events (day-month-year-hour) and report numbers (if available).
- Complete address of the place where the events took place (if rural area, please attach map with the location)
- Type of damage.
- Description of the event, damages and amount claimed.
- Email: If the customer does not have an email, it must be annotated in observations.
