Description
Allow financing or payment agreements related to the public energy service, as well as including easy credit, insurance and/or publications payments to be included in the invoice.
Requirements
- The property’s owner must make the request by taking the documentation establishing proof of ownership over the property if the owner’s name is not updated on the invoice (present Property ownership history and no-lien certificate with a date of issuance no greater than 60 days) or his duly constituted representative, attaching the copy of the ID of each.
- If the property has more than one (1) owner, the request must be signed by all and include a copy of their respective IDs.
- If the owners of the property have died and the inheritance process has not taken place, the request can be made by any of the heirs by attaching a copy of the death certificates and a copy of the document proving the applicant’s kinship to the deceased owner(s).
- If the owner is a business or commercial establishment, the request must be signed by its legal representative, attaching a copy of the document.
