REQUIREMENTS
- Written request signed by the applicant.
- Copy of the ID of the requesting person.
- Original payment certificate.
CONSIDER
If the customer makes the payment by electronic means, he must attach bank certificates or original payment voucher. The bank statements CANNOT be used as proof of payment.
