Description
Customer requests the installation of a new meter and/or an increase in the contracted load.
REQUIREMENTS
- Letter of request signed by the legal representative.
- Copy of the Legal Representative’s ID.
- Letter of authorization signed by the legal representative (For authorized persons) and photocopy of the ID of the authorized person.
- Statement or RETIE certificate (depending on the case).
- Copy of the declarant’s Professional ID.
- Certificate of Aggregation and apportionment (For meters to be placed in properties with different nomenclature applies for subdivisions).
- Certificate of tier zoning for rural customers with new accounts.
- Construction License (Construction Provisions).
- Property ownership history and no-lien certificate, no more than 30-day issuance.
- Chamber of Commerce certificate, no more than 30-day issuance.
