  • Request the public electricity home service.
  •  Know the Public Electricity Service Contract and obtain a copy when you require it.
  •  Receive a quality service without interruptions in accordance with current regulations.
  • The measurement of consumption with the appropriate instruments.
  • Receive payment invoices at least 5 days before the payment date.
  • Know all the available bill payment sites.
  • Submit petitions, complaints and resources on issues related to the
  • Public Electricity Service Contract.
  • To freely choose the supplier of goods or works that you require for the provision of the electricty service.
  • Receive equal treatment from ENEL COLOMBIA S.A. E.S.P. in accordance with the Public Electricity Service Contract.
  • Receive all the information, guidance and advice you need to perform any procedure before ENEL COLOMBIA S.A. E.S.P.
  • The correct application of rates in the invoice according to the regulations in force.
  • To exercise your Right of Defense at the Company's headquarters
  • Inform Enel Colombia about any change in ownership of the property where you receive the electricity service.
  • Use the electricity service under the characteristics established in the Public.
  • Electricity Service Contract.
  • Allow the revision of the meters and their reading, installing them in visible places and with easy access for Enel Colombia officials or personnel.
  • The proper maintenance and proper use of electrical installations, equipment and appliances, to avoid damage that may cause deficiencies or interruptions in the supply of the service.
  • Comply with the timely payment of connection services and payment bills issued by Enel Colombia.
  • Request the Company to duplicate the invoice when it has not been delivered.
  • Allow Enel Colombia to disconnect the measuring and the connection equipment in case it is required for the suspension or disconnection of the service.
