We understand that your energy consumption may vary due to changes in your usage habits. That is why Enel Colombia invites you to report periods of absence or vacations at your home or business, or increases in energy use that may affect your consumption.
Non-Regulated market companies
Companies or industrial customers that consume more than 55 MWh per month or have more than 0.1 MW of installed capacity.
Here are some examples that may lead to changes in your consumption habits:
If your home or business is on vacation, your property is unoccupied, the use of appliances or machinery has increased, or you have experienced other changes that may decrease or increase your consumption.
If your company is on vacation, if you have increased the use of equipment or machinery, or if there have been other operational changes that may decrease or increase your consumption.

Please note that the seasonality report you submit will apply to billing periods following the effective date (07/24/2024) of CREG Resolution 105 007 of 2024. This report will not modify your previous consumption.
A significant consumption variation occurs when there is a change in the consumption behavior of your household / industry / business due to one of the most common situations listed below:
- Change in the number of occupants.
- Change in economic activity.
- Purchase and use of new appliances, electric showers, electric stoves, machinery, refrigerators, motors, among others.
- Vacation period.
- Damage to the metering equipment.
A significant consumption variation also occurs when there is a change in the consumption behavior of your supply point / industry / business due to one of the following situations:
- Seasonality of production.
- Implementation of new equipment.
- Maintenance activities or scheduled shutdowns.
- Change in economic activity.
- Vacation period.
