“As an organization, we recognize and value the knowledge, experience and skills of senior adults and people with disabilities and the contribution they can make to building a better society and a more inclusive and integrated country”

– Andrés Chaves, Head of Sustainability Projects Division

A VISION OF CHANGE FOR ALL

According to the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, in Colombia more than one million people are registered with some type of disability, a situation that forces our country to ensure the conditions necessary for these people to feel recognized and heard in all spaces offered by our society.

With this aim to counteract discrimination and open the door to tolerance, we became the first company to develop an Inclusive Care Guide, which serves as a tool not only for our employees, but also for other companies that want to be part of this culture of integration.

“We work every day to solidify in our organizational essence an inclusive culture that gives meaning to our reason for being: to serve the entire population, to all people, without any exception”
