As Enel Group companies in Colombia, we promote the respect for human rights in our business relationships and expect our contractors, suppliers and business partners to adhere to the same human rights standards, paying special attention to the contexts affected by conflicts and high risks. This vision, as contemplated in our Global Human Rights policy establishes the commitments, efforts and responsibilities in relation to strict compliance with fundamental rights in all business activities and corporate operations carried out by our employees and subsidiaries, at all levels.

As a principle that governs our corporate philosophy, we make sure that people are our first priority, ensuring that their integrity is respected and guaranteeing the protection of their rights, which is one of the commitments that the Enel Group has on a global scale and that Enel Colombia we have accepted it by understanding that it is important for all those who in some way are part of our organization to share and respect these values ​.

We align ourselves with the international letter of Human Rights of the United Nations and its principles that state: "Protect, respect and remedy", the foregoing delimits the framework that guides our actions and harmonizes our processes, it is a pillar of our vision of having Sustainability within our business strategy.

Therefore, we promulgate our respect and compliance with the following principles:
