During the first quarter of 2026, the Company disbursed a COP 30,000 million loan with Banco Davivienda on February 27, 2026, with a 10-year tenor, through Findeter’s energy efficiency rediscount credit line for the generation business. The proceeds were allocated to general corporate purposes.
