New options with Elena, your virtual assistant.

Elena, your virtual assistant, now offers more service options and inquiries related to your energy service.

With the option “Check your energy bill information” (Option 1), in addition to downloading a copy of your express bill, you can also easily check the status of your account.

 

 

1. Download a copy of your bill

With the Express Bill, you can view the amounts due, payment dates, billing period, and average consumption.

2. Check your account status

Find out whether your account is up to date or if your bill is still unpaid. You can check: outstanding balance, billed period, due date for timely payment, service suspension date and next meter reading date
