This is the number that identifies you as a service user. You can use it to complete procedures, inquiries, and requests related to your energy account.
You can review your energy consumption behavior for the current month and the last six billing periods.
The billing period refers to the consumption dates on which the energy rate is applied.
Days billed are calculated as the difference between the current meter reading date and the previous one. Keep in mind that, due to holidays, billing periods may vary between 27 and 33 days (adding up to 365 days at the end of the year). This may cause variations in the bill amount from one period to another, so it is important to check the number of days billed when reviewing your consumption.
This is the total energy consumed in kilowatt-hours (kWh) during the current billing period.
This is the price charged per kilowatt-hour of your consumption. The value depends on the monthly result of the current tariff formula defined by the Energy and Gas Regulatory Commission (CREG), so it may vary from one period to another.
This shows your daily energy consumption in kilowatt-hours and how much it costs per day, helping you use energy efficiently and continue saving.
This is a reference that allows you to compare whether your current consumption is higher, lower, or similar to previous periods. It corresponds to the average consumption of the last six billing periods.
The total bill amount includes all charges associated with your account. In addition to energy charges, it may include other items such as waste collection, Crédito Fácil CODENSA, and value-added products and services such as assistance plans and subscriptions.
Each service and/or product charge is identified by a representative color icon:
Orange: Energy consumption and other related energy charges.
Purple: Other product and service charges applicable to your account, such as Crédito Fácil CODENSA credit card charges, assistance plans, subscriptions, etc.
Blue: Waste collection service charges.
For energy consumption and related charges (orange), as well as waste collection (blue), you will find a box of the same color detailing the charges applied.
For security reasons, details of other product and service charges (purple) can be viewed by downloading your full energy bill from the Private Web Area or the Enel App, or by enrolling in Virtual Billing here.
