Mobile Comprehensive Service (AIM) is a customer outreach channel designed to provide in-person support to residents of municipalities in Cundinamarca where we do not have a Permanent Service Center.

Our purpose is to offer personalized assistance and help you resolve any needs related to your energy service.

What Is the Objective of Mobile Comprehensive Service?

  • To create an agile and efficient communication channel where you will always be heard.
  • To resolve any questions you may have regarding your electricity service.
  • To guide you through any type of request or procedure.
  • To provide timely and relevant information about our products and services.
  • To deliver institutional support to Mayor’s Offices, Municipal Ombudsman Offices, and other local government entities in Cundinamarca.

What Types of Services Are Available Through Mobile Comprehensive Service?

All requests, inquiries, and procedures related to your electricity service and Enel Colombia’s products, including:

  • Bill inquiries and duplicate copies of your bill.
  • Payment agreements.
  • Reporting power outages.
  • Enrollment in Virtual Billing.
  • Information about payment channels and methods.
  • Crédito Fácil CODENSA.
  • Other procedures, as well as additional value-added products offered by the company.
