Requirements
- If the charges are to be applied to a different account from the one related to the construction and/or connection, the customer must inform the account number on which charges will be presented and an owner’s authorization authorizing said charges.
- If the construction is going to take place in a horizontal property regime, it is necessary to have the authorization of the co-ownership administration.
- If the internal electrical work additionally contemplates an external electrical work, the documents must be supplied according to the external work, with the exception of RETIE (if applicable) since this document will be supplied by the INCOMPLETO
- If the customer only has promise to purchase the customer must append a letter of authorization from the seller so work can actually start.
- Customers who finance works will sign blank promissory notes for amounts over 1 million pesos.
- In case of needing emergency services and the owner of the property cannot be located, the maximum financing term will be 6 months and in all cases a promissory must be signed regardless of the amount.
- If horizontal properties need to have their electrical cabinets adjusted, the common services account is charged for them after authorization from the administration, if the administration requires each account to be charged, it must provide the authorizations from each owner and include their citizen IDs. Included in the offer and managed directly by the contractor before the certifying body.
