Debt transfer

Description

Procedure to apply when the account holder has a debt on the invoice and wants a transfer it to another Enel-Codensa account.

Requirements

Copy of the Property ownership history and no-lien certificate of the property that receives the debt, with date of issue no greater than 30 calendar days.

Consider

If the address in the Property ownership history and no-lien certificate does not match the one in the invoice, attach a cadastral certificate of no greater than 30-day issuance.

The owner of the property receiving the debt must make the request or its legal representative, or however legally can on behalf of the owner, and append a copy of the ID of each.

If the property has more than 1 owner the request must be signed by all and include a copy of their respective IDs.

If owned by a company or commercial establishment, the request must be signed by the legal representative with an appended a copy of his/her ID and the Certificate of Existence and Legal Representation issued by the Chamber of Commerce, with no more than a 30-day issuance
