Description
Customer requests economic considerations to the company for damages to household appliances.
Requirements
- Clear photocopy of the claimant’s ID.
- Valid certificate of existence and legal representation, if the claimant is a Legal Entity.
- Household appliances purchase invoices, must have the Single Tax Registry or TIN of the company or natural person where the appliance was purchased (non-mandatory requirement).
- Indicate on which date was the appliance purchased (exact or approximate).
If the customer repaired it through third parties, the following documents must be appended:
- Clear photocopy of the claimant’s ID.
- Valid certificate of existence and legal representation, if the claimant is a Legal Entity.
- Household appliance repair invoices indicating the damaged parts and the parts that were changed, if said appliances were repaired.
- Diagnosis of affected household appliance evidencing proof of damage and indicating the parts that suffered damage; the document must be accompanied by the respective TIN or Single Tax Registry certificates of the place of business or natural person who performed the diagnosis
