Ending solidarity

Description

When the customer requires ending solidarity for any debt the property has.

Requirements

To process Claims related to Ending Solidarity, it is essential to present the requirements indicated below, as the case may be:

Grounds for termination requirements:

  1. Customer informs that the property was leased and that the company suspend the service in a timely manner. Property ownership history and no-lien certificate.
  2. Copy of lease agreement.
  3. Customer argues that he is not liable for debt and the previous owner is the one liable. Property ownership history and no-lien certificate.
  4. The Customer states that he/she acquired the property in an auction. Property ownership history and no-lien certificate.
  5. The Customer states that the property was acquired in a processes of liquidation. Property ownership history and no-lien certificate.
  6. Certificate from the Superintendence of companies.
  7. Property reception minutes if there is one.
  8. Statement that Enel-Codensa authorized a payment agreement for an unauthorized third party. Property ownership history and no-lien certificate.
  9. Statement that Enel-Codensa constructed or installed an additional service without the owner’s authorization. Property ownership history and no-lien certificate.
  10. Statement that the property is being or was occupied by force by third parties (e.g., displaced persons, street dwellers, tenants in the process of being evicted). Property ownership history and no-lien certificate.
  11. Copy of the warrant or proof that a police action has been issued by the respective authority, stating that on property identified with accuracy by location and address is undergoing a court process or police action, between the owner and those who actually consume the service, provided that this is related to the property’s property or possession.

 

Consider

  • Validity of the documentation:
  •  Property ownership history and no-lien certificate, no more than 30-days issuance.
  •  Chamber of Commerce no more than 30-days issuance. Copy of the Legal Representative’s ID.
  • If the address in the Property ownership history and no-lien certificate does not match the one in commercial system, attach a cadastral certificate of no more than 30-days issuance.
