Exemption for health service providers, such as hospitals, clinics, and other health centers, either public or private, profit or non-profit.
REQUIREMENTS
- Exemption request from the interested party.
- Certificate issued by the Ministry of Health accrediting health service provider status. Validity not greater than 4 years. The address of the certification must match the account’s address.
- Inspection results that determine that no commercial or industrial activities are carried out within the facilities.
