Gradual changes to subsidized rates in a 12-month timespan, pursuant tier change as determined by the Decree issued by the Planning Office of each municipality (tier zoning study).
REQUIREMENTS
Certification issued by the District Planning Office, wherein it indicates the gradual tier change and cites the decree.
