Description
Exemption for non-profit assistance entities, those that provide assistance services to children, physical, sensory and psychic disabled, the homeless and elderly.
REQUIREMENTS
- Exemption request letter from the interested party.
- Public document whereby non-profit status can be verified, issued by the Mayoralty of Bogota or the respective municipality or authorized body, with a validity of less than 1 year.
- Inspection results that determine that no commercial or industrial activities are carried out within the facilities.
