Exemption application for non-profit educational service providers, such as schools (schools, colleges, universities and other educational institutions).
REQUIREMENTS
- Exemption application letter from the interested party.
- Certification that accredits it as a provider of a non-profit educational service (school, university and other educational institutions), issued by the Department of Education, either District or Municipal, with a validity no greater than 1 year.
- Public document whereby non-profit status can be verified, issued by the Mayoralty of Bogotá or the respective municipality or authorized body.
- Inspection results that determine that within the facilities no commercial or industrial activities are carried out.
