Requirements
- Letter of request signed by the entity’s representative.
- Copy of the entity's representative ID.
- Letter of authorization signed by the entity's representative (For authorized persons) and photocopy of the ID of the authorized person.
Consider
Important:
The letter of request must contain: date, type of request, address and telephone number of the property, applicant's quality, real estate registration number and owner and applicant signatures (If the applicant is different from the owner): in said letter the owner authorizes the applicant to carry out the procedure and approves charging the account number.
