- To request the residential public electricity service.
- To know the Public Electricity Service Contract and obtain a copy whenever you require it.
- To receive quality service without interruptions, in accordance with current regulations.
- To have your consumption measured using appropriate instruments.
- To receive your bill at least five (5) days before the due date.
- To know all available payment points for your bill.
- To submit petitions, complaints, and appeals regarding matters related to the Public Electricity Service Contract.
- To freely choose the provider of goods or services required for the provision of the electricity service.
- To receive equal treatment from Enel Colombia S.A. E.S.P., in accordance with the Public Electricity Service Contract.
- To receive all necessary information, guidance, and advice to carry out any procedure with Enel Colombia S.A. E.S.P.
- To the correct application of tariffs on your bill in accordance with current regulations.
- To exercise your Right of Defense at the Company’s offices.
- To inform Enel Colombia of any change in ownership of the property where you receive the electricity service.
- To use the electricity service in accordance with the characteristics established in the Public Electricity Service Contract.
- To allow the inspection and reading of meters, ensuring they are installed in visible and easily accessible locations for Enel Colombia officials or personnel.
- To provide proper maintenance and appropriate use of electrical installations, equipment, and appliances to prevent damage that may cause deficiencies or interruptions in the service supply.
- To make timely payment for connection services and bills issued by Enel Colombia.
- To request a duplicate bill from the Company if it has not been delivered.
- To allow Enel Colombia to disconnect the metering equipment and service connection if required for suspension or termination of service.

What is the Public Electricity Service Contract?
It is a consensual agreement between the customer and the company that provides the residential public electricity service in exchange for payment.
This contract defines the standard terms and conditions agreed upon by THE COMPANY and THE CUSTOMER.
This relationship is built on three (3) core principles that guarantee transparency and equality.
The rights and obligations governing the Customer–Company relationship are defined by legal requirements and the principle of equal treatment for all customers
The Company only requires documentation that is strictly necessary and mandated by law for processing procedures
The Company guarantees the customer the exercise of the Right of Defense.
