Restrictions:

Attend without a companion and schedule your appointment considering the current mobility restrictions. Take into account the ID number restriction measures in effect in Bogota or in the municipalities of Cundinamarca, depending on the office where you will request your appointment. If you need to submit documentation, please do so virtually.
Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
Remember that we have a maximum capacity of 103 appointments per day from Monday to Friday and 85 on Saturdays.
