We are here to help you exercise your rights

  • We provide both in-person and virtual assistance with personalized service, and we keep you continuously informed about the status of your request.

  • We facilitate the development of agreements between customers and the Company, promote fair resolution of contractual disputes, and help prevent administrative and judicial proceedings.

 

 

Office scope of authority:

These are requests that have previously been addressed by Enel and with which the customer is not satisfied with the response received. They may relate to any matter under the Public Service Contract, as well as products other than the Electricity Public Service. It is required that you do not have an ongoing request for the same matter through the Company’s Customer Service channels.

The Ombudsman does not handle Petitions regarding billing matters or Appeals, as these fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Company pursuant to Article 153 of Act 142 of 1994.

If your request concerns a billing claim, it must be submitted through the Company’s designated service channels, which you can find by clicking here.

How to contact the Customer Ombudsman?

You can access the Ombudsman form and submit your claim through the private area of Enel’s website:

 

 

Log in, and if you are already registered, make sure your account and contact details are correct. Select “Customer Ombudsman” from the menu on the left, then choose the type of assistance you require according to the scope described above. Do not forget to complete all required fields in the form. You can view the Ombudsman’s response in “My Requests”, and it will also be sent to your email address.
