Step 3: Provide the information requested by our advisors.
2. In-person Request

If you are in Bogotá, you can make your request at any Service Center.

Our specialized staff will attend your service requests and the response will be available in seven (7) business days. The answer will be sent by email if the application was made by email, but must be requested at any service center. Remember that the service request is necessary for:
- New services.
- Incorporation or splitting of accounts.
- Increase or decrease in charge
If you are in another municipality of Cundinamarca you can make your request through the following means:
1. Call line 7447474 Option 1.
2. Have the following information at hand.
- Type of request (new, modification or revalidation), if you have an account in the property, copy of the energy service bill.
Customer and Property information (the property owner's details are required)
- Customer number, in the case of modification for an existing account
- Name of the customer or owner and TIN and/or ID
- Complete address (municipality, town, neighborhood, stratum, telephones) and access to the property
- Email, if you have one.
Detail of the requested service
- Economic activity associated with the request
- Maximum power required and voltage requested
- Type of charge and account type
- Additional request information if required
3. Provide the information requested by our advisors, they will indicate the service request number and the date of the visit.
4. Our specialized staff will visit your property on the indicated date and your response will be given on site, we will send a copy of it via email to the address indicated at the time of the request
