An individual or legal entity with a maximum demand defined by the Energy and Gas Regulatory Commission (CREG) of 55,000 kWh/month or 100 kW (power) in one constant hour per month per legalized installation, whose electricity purchases are made at freely negotiated prices.
These are the energy consumption metering points of customers served by retailers other than the local distributor or that are directly connected to a transmission network. A single company may have several metering points (measurement points).

As a wholesale market customer, you may pay generation invoices in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions established in your agreement.

Digital payment channels:
- Vía PSE: By accessing the Non-Regulated Market customer portal at the following link: https://clientes-mnr.enel.com.co/excellencecol/#/login in the “My Bills” section, click the “Pay your bill here” button.
- Bancolombia: If you have a savings account, checking account, or corporate credit card with this bank, you may enroll your bills for monthly automatic debit or online payment. Our collection agreement can be identified as ENEL MNR–MM – 62003.
- Davivienda: If you have a savings or checking account with this bank, you may enroll your bills for monthly automatic debit or online payment. Our collection agreements are identified as follows: For direct debit ENEL MNR – MM – 1323864 and for online payment ENEL MNR -MM – 1003011.
- Citibank: If you have a savings or checking account with this bank, you may enroll your bills through the “My Payments Up to Date” option, where you can make your monthly payment or enroll in automatic monthly debit. Our collection agreement can be identified as ENEL_MNR-MM.
- Medios de pago presencial: You may pay by presenting your electricity bill at Itaú, Bancolombia, and Davivienda banks.

The energy exchange, or spot market, is the mechanism through which all generators compete daily to meet the following day’s energy demand. Under this mechanism, generators submit daily price offers and availability declarations for each of their generation plants or units. Subsequently, the market operator assigns production to each generation plant according to the most competitive prices that ensure the national interconnected system’s demand is met in an economic, reliable, and secure manner for the following day.
