It is a service through which you receive your bill by email. The email includes a summary of the amount due and a copy of the original bill attached in PDF format. The Virtual Bill contains the same information as the printed bill, including attachments related to charges for other products and services (loans, insurance, etc.).
Yes. Once you enroll in the Virtual Bill service, delivery of the printed bill is discontinued. With the Virtual Bill, you may complete any procedures you require with Enel Colombia.

In accordance with Act 1581 of 2012 and the Personal Data Processing Policy, by enrolling in the Virtual Bill service, the user authorizes the companies of the Enel Group in Colombia to process their data for all purposes related to managing their request, their active products, the provision of the public electricity service under the public service contract, and the generation, storage, commercialization, and distribution of energy resources. No. You can easily enroll by clicking here.
Yes. With the special delivery service, you may enroll in the Virtual Bill. If necessary, we will keep the special delivery of the bill active in accordance with the “Special Delivery” guidelines.
If you have the special delivery service, you may request the Virtual Bill service. If Codensa deems it necessary, the printed bill will continue to be sent in addition to the Virtual Bill.
The Virtual Bill contains the same information as the printed bill, including attachments related to charges for other products and services (loans, insurance, etc.).
If you wish to share billing information with another person, you may register a second email address so they also receive the Virtual Bill.
Yes. You may register up to two (2) email addresses for the same account. This must be done at the time of enrollment. If you need to change one of the two registered email addresses, you may do so by clicking here.
Having two registered email addresses may be useful if, for example, you are a tenant or property owner. In this case, both parties can receive the Virtual Bill. Likewise, if you have products associated with another user (Easy Credit, insurance), you may register that person’s email as the second address to receive a copy of the Virtual Bill.
If you are responsible for paying the bill, you may enroll. If the property owner wishes, they may also receive the same Virtual Bill to monitor the billing of their property.

Please monitor your usual delivery dates. If you do not receive it, you must notify the Company and request a duplicate through any of our customer service channels. You may also check with your neighbors and monitor notifications sent to the contact information you registered for the Virtual Bill.
