Aqueduct Rate - Law 2287 of 2004

Description

This procedure gives effect to Decree 2287 of 2004, (Subsidy on contribution value) in favor of the entities providing public utility services such as aqueduct and sewage. This applies for electric energy consumption used in activities inherent to the provision of the public utility service.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Evidence of the legal entity’s existence and incorporation via a public document, wherein its nature can be verified, issued by the Mayoralty of Bogota or the respective municipality, or an authorized body, with a validity of less than 90 days. The address in the certification must match the account’s address.
  2. Written request signed by the applicant.
  3. Inspection results that determine that within the common areas no commercial or industrial activities are carried out.
