Irrigation Rate Application - Law 1450 of 2011

Description

This subsidy covers electricity cost for those irrigation districts that use electromechanical equipment in their operations, as duly verified by the companies providing the respective service, users of the irrigation districts and State administered irrigation districts or by the User Associations, duly recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. The administrator recognizes the user of the Irrigation District.
  2. The administrator evidences that said user owns less than fifty (50) hectares.
  3. Have the electric power service invoice.
  4. For Irrigation Districts administered by the Incoder, the certification must specify recognition by the later and the Autonomous Regional Authority.
