Transfer of favorable balances

Description

Procedure to apply when the account holder presents a favorable account balance on the invoice and wants a transfer it to another account.

Requirements

Property ownership history and no-lien certificate, no more than a 30-day issuance.

CONSIDER

* If the address in the Property ownership history and no-lien certificate does not match the one in the invoice, attach a cadastral certificate of no greater than a 30-day issuance.

* The owner of the property receiving the debt must make the request or its legal representative, or however legally on behalf of the owner, attaching a copy of the ID for each one. If the property has more than 1 owner, the request must be signed by all and include a copy of their respective IDs.
