If you have an outstanding Enel electricity balance between $30,000 and $3,000,000 that is less than 90 days past due, you may request a payment agreement through our digital channels with a term of up to 6 months and 0% interest.

Please note:

  • This option applies only to debts related to electricity service. It does not apply to Crédito Fácil CODENSA balances, sanitation charges, or other products and services.
  • You may not apply if you have a previous active agreement or if you have entered into more than two agreements in the last six months.
  • Your account must not be under legal or pre-legal collection proceedings.
  • You must not have written-off or frozen debt.
  • The debt must not be under billing adjustment processing.
  • You must not be involved in an active claim process.
  • You must not have an active Temporary Suspension Cancellation (ATS).
  • The agreement is subject to the issuance of a life and/or personal accident insurance policy covering the outstanding balance of your electricity bill debt.
